WHOLESALE: To qualify for wholesale prices you must have a state sales tax number, or a business license. If you do not have a tax number, but you are a legitimate business, you can still get wholesale pricing, but you will be liable for any taxes in line with the current tax laws. Institutions such as ( but not limited to ) Correctional Facilities, Camps, Schools, Scout Councils, and Hospitals automatically receive wholesale pricing. Please do not return items without contacting us first. SALES TAX: We must collect MO Sales Tax for residents of Missouri unless you are a registered merchant and furnish us with a Certificate of Resale, however this will not exempt you from a Use Tax on items not for resale. Out of State Customers are not subject to MO Sales Tax. SHIPPING: Orders are normally shipped within 10 days depending on stock availability. During times of heavy order volume this time frame may be exceeded. All shipments by UPS, Parcel Post, or common carrier. If not specified we will ship at the quickest, most inexpensive way available to your address. Shipping is charged at the actual rate charged to us by the carrier, and may not reflect the charges you see online. If shipping is less than posted, you will be issued a credit, if shipping is more, it will be adjusted accordingly. Call us for approximate shipping charges if needed.
