This leather has a medium-firm temper, very little stretch, and plenty of body, making it a great choice when you need a heavy strip without having to break down a full side yourself.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eAvailable in 1\" and 1½\" widths, these strips are well suited for work belts, heavy straps, rifle slings, tack components, motorcycle accessories, tool carriers, heavy-duty collars, handles, and other hard-working projects. At 9–10 oz., this is thick leather built for applications where strength and structure matter.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe dark mahogany surface has a matte finish with a subtle pull-up. Bending and flexing the leather brings out warmer tonal variation beneath the surface, while scuffs and handling gradually add to its broken-in character.
