"The lace is strong and has little to no stretch, as expected. The issue is with the finish and the back. The finish is almost plastic-like and mars easily. That could have been dealt with by being careful while lacing. The main issue is with the flesh side. I have a couple projects that use the flesh side and there is a serial number in permanent black that the lace cut through three times. That means the project I had in mind can't use this, as it will have partial numbers marked along it. I bought two other colors and they don't have these markings. I didn't realize it until I'd already cut the lace, so no way to return it. Deeply disappointing."
