Fiebing’s Edge Kote is a water-based edge finish made to give natural leather edges a clean, polished appearance. It adds color and creates a deep semi-gloss finish without leaving the edge stiff or brittle.
Once dry, Edge Kote remains flexible and water resistant, making it well suited for leather goods that will bend and move during use. Apply it in light, even coats with an edge roller, wool dauber, or foam brush, allowing each coat to dry before adding another. It can also be thinned with water when needed.
Use Edge Kote to finish the edges of belts, wallets, bags, boots, saddles, cases, and other leather projects where a smooth, finished edge is desired.
Please Note: Do not freeze. Test the color and application on a scrap or inconspicuous area before finishing the entire project.
