"Let me start by saying I have been a long time customer of SLC. Always happy with the quality, service and shipping times. However, happening at the worst time of year, these blanks had to be the worst ones in the whole pile of belt blanks to send me. They are too flanky to use, you can tell they cut all from the same flanky hide. Couldn’t have happened at a worse time with the Christmas rush, these were going to be my last orders to fill of a long list. I don’t know what I am going to do. I can’t use these and give them to a customer."
