"Being a customer of SLC for six years, this is the first negative comment regarding an order or custom service. I think it was Joslen that did a great job helping me place the order and answering my questions. I requested my order ship Next Day and understood the order would ship on Thursday, the day the order was placed. The order shipped on Friday probably due to one piece of leather needing to be split. The order arrived on Monday instead of Saturday which is more to do with UPS than SLC. I understand UPS requires a box to be checked for Saturday delivery. I hope this is treated as a learning experience more than a complaint. Thanks for your great customer service. Larry Garner"
