Inspired by the shifting colors of the aurora borealis, Aurora Wax Pull-Up has a rich, hand-waxed surface that creates dramatic contrast when the leather is bent, folded, or stretched. The darker surface gives way to brighter undertones through the pull-up, creating plenty of movement and character across each side.
At 3–4 oz. with a medium-firm temper, this leather has enough body for structured projects while remaining pliable and easy to work. The waxed surface has a more matte appearance than our Waxy Crunch Buffalo, making Aurora a close cousin with its own distinct look and feel.
Aurora Wax Pull-Up works well for bags, satchels, backpacks, wallets, notebook covers, cases, straps, and other leather goods where the pull-up and changing surface can become part of the finished design. Bending, handling, and everyday use will continue to move the waxes and develop even more character over time.
Please Note: This is a waxed pull-up leather, so scratches, scuffs, creases, and tonal variation are expected. Many surface marks can be blended or softened by rubbing the leather with your fingers or a soft cloth. Natural grain and surface character will vary from side to side.
