Hold your horses—we are absolutely crazy for this leather! Crazy Horse Buffalo Single Bends have the rich pull-up that makes this style so popular. When the leather is bent, rubbed, or worked, lighter tones burst through the surface and create the worn, antique character that gives Crazy Horse leather its name.

At 8–10 oz. with a firm temper, these bends have plenty of body for hard-working projects that need structure and durability. The leather will continue to pick up scratches, creases, and handling marks with use, and that changing surface is part of what makes it look better the longer you carry it.

Crazy Horse Buffalo works especially well for belts, messenger bags, briefcases, wallets, tablet covers, straps, and other projects where a sturdy leather with plenty of character is wanted. The relatively low oil content also makes the edges easier to burnish and gives adhesives a better surface to grab than many heavily oiled pull-up leathers.

The flesh side is pasted for a cleaner, more finished back, which is especially useful on belts, straps, and unlined projects where the inside of the leather will remain visible.

Please Note: Crazy Horse leather is meant to show scratches, scuffs, creases, and tonal variation. Many surface marks can be softened by rubbing the leather with your fingers or a soft cloth, but the changing appearance is part of the character of the leather.
