"I have never been disappointed in the quality of leather I have purchased. HOWEVER, The difficulty I had with the ordering process due to the fact that I do not have a cell phone to accept a text code with no other option until I finally had to make a phone call, put on hold, had to go back to the page for a product number then call again made me question whether or not it was worth it to do business with your company. The idea in implementing newer technology is to make the ordering process more secure and easier on the customer to order. Your current system FAILED me on both. I am looking at weaver leather as an alternative."

"Leather is just as described. If anything, I would say the actual color is more of a warm fleshy tone than yellow/beige. Either way, it’s still a nice, neutral color. The side I got is almost completely useable."
