Good value lining leather

"This is a thin lining leather with a nice neutral color. Not thick enough to be used for most wallet pockets, but great for interior lining. Glues well, folds well, pretty stiff feeling, but soft texture."

Great watch strap material

"Awesome grain, was slightly thicker than advertised (more like a 2-4 oz) but it works out because it's awesome for watch straps."

Helio K. (5/5)

Full grain

"I think I received a full grain panel. Although not that easy for edge burnishing."

Good Quality - but not what expected

"I agree with the other reviewer. Although this leather is very nice, the hair follicles were very pronounced and not what I expected from the title or description of the product. I have used it to line knife folder holsters and to cover snap backs. Originally I wanted to use it for wallet interiors but the grain of this leather is not smooth like desired."

Great leather, needs better photos and description.

"Kind of on the fence about this one. On one hand, the leather was pretty nice and great for several different projects. It makes a great liner for cuffs and holsters, with no need to dye or finish it and it glues and folds beautifully. That's not what I bought it for though. I was looking for a very thin, smooth veg tan that I could use for wallet pockets. This stuff looks smooth and slick in the photo, like cow veg tans, but actually has a suede feel and the hair follicles are very obvious. Check the listing for "bookbinding pig skin splits" for more accurate photos and description of this leather."
