"Looked like box knife cut on the leather, and oil stained fingerprints in the center of one. Lost about 3 square feet on a 24X24 piece.. also had quit a bit of natural defects and one barbed wire puncture. I wasn’t happy thinking that a grade #1 pre cut would be a better quality. I was able to salvage just enough for the project I was doing, but lost enough to not be able to turn a profit with a second project.."

"For 10 years I made and sold hand made ipad cases on line. These pre cut hermann oak veg tans were my go to for convenience and storage. I never had a large space to store full hides so these pre cuts worked wonderfully, and i could buy what i needed for the next couple weeks. Now i just do occasional work but i still prefer the h. o. Precuts. I have never found an import i like as well as hermann oak veg tan."
