Fiebing’s Dye Reducer is made for thinning Fiebing’s Leather Dye and Fiebing’s Pro Dye. It helps adjust the dye for spray application and can also be used to reduce color strength when a lighter or more controlled shade is needed.

Add the reducer gradually and mix thoroughly until the dye reaches the desired consistency or color concentration. When mixing a custom shade, keep track of the proportions so the same result can be repeated later.

Dye Reducer is useful for airbrushing, creating lighter tones, building color in controlled layers, and cleaning brushes used with compatible Fiebing’s dyes.

Please Note: Always test the reduced dye on a scrap piece before applying it to your project. This product is intended for Fiebing’s Leather Dye and Fiebing’s Pro Dye and should not be confused with Fiebing’s Low VOC Dye Reducer.
