Black & White Cowhide gives you bold natural contrast with the organic shape and texture that make genuine hair-on hides so distinctive. Every hide has its own balance of black and white, along with unique markings, hair direction, and pattern placement, so no two pieces will ever look exactly alike.

For interior spaces, black and white is one of the easiest cowhide patterns to work with because it adds visual interest without locking you into a specific color palette. Use a full hide beneath a coffee table, beside a bed, under an accent chair, layered over a larger rug, or displayed as wall décor to bring texture and movement into the room.

Choose the amount of hide that fits your project:

• Full Hide: Approximately 35–45 Sq. Ft.

• ½ Hide: Approximately 18–20 Sq. Ft.

• ¼ Hide: Approximately 8–10 Sq. Ft.

The smaller cuts are also useful for leathercrafters and upholsterers who want genuine hair-on cowhide without buying a full rug. Use them for ottomans, benches, chair panels, pillows, bags, purses, cuffs, inlays, upholstery accents, and other projects where the natural pattern becomes part of the finished design.

Because the black and white pattern is natural, some hides will have larger solid areas while others will be more broken up or evenly distributed. That variation is part of the appeal and gives every piece a one-of-a-kind look.

Half and quarter hides are cut from available full hides, so availability of those sizes depends on current full-hide inventory.
