LM Coyote is an American-made roughout cowhide from Tasman Leather Group, a tannery with a long history of producing leather for footwear, military, and other hard-working applications. Chrome tanned and buffed on the flesh side, this leather has a soft, suede-like surface with a medium temper that gives it flexibility without becoming overly limp.

At 3–4 oz., it is lighter than many traditional boot and utility leathers, making it useful for aprons, lightweight chaps and chinks, belt backings, saddlebags, bags, shoes, boots, and other projects where you want durability without a lot of unnecessary weight.

The buffed roughout surface is made to be used. Scuffs, brushing, and everyday wear become part of its character, making it especially well suited to projects that aren't expected to stay pristine. The textured surface also gives Coyote a practical, broken-in appearance from the start.

LM Coyote brings some of that same practical character to a versatile leather that is easy to work into everything from shop gear to western and outdoor projects.
