The Old English Craftmaster Alphabet Stamp Set gives you a complete 26-letter alphabet with a traditional blackletter-style design. The decorative curves, pointed strokes, and heavier letterforms give stamped names and initials a more formal, old-world appearance than a standard block alphabet.

These stamps are made for use on properly cased vegetable-tanned leather. Position the stamp where you want the letter, hold it straight, and strike the included handle firmly with a suitable mallet or maul. Because the letterforms are more decorative, taking a little extra time with spacing and alignment will help the finished wording look cleaner.

The Old English style works especially well for belts, wallets, notebook covers, monograms, tags, western and medieval-inspired projects, leather shapes, and other leatherwork where the lettering is intended to stand out as part of the design.
